Chase College of Law in 2012, Steve excelled as a member of the arbitration team, honing his skills in trial practice and procedure—a solid foundation for his subsequent career.

As a litigator and State Representative his practice is always on the leading edge of changes in the legal field. Steve has the unique ability to both argue regarding the interpretation of laws within a courtroom while being an advocate for reform within the legislature.

A Northern Kentucky native deeply ingrained in the community, Steve hails from Erlanger, where he resides with his wife, Chelsea, and two young children. His commitment to community welfare extends to serving on the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Emergency Shelter, the region's sole low-barrier homeless shelter.

Steve's extensive experience includes his tenure as the general counsel for the Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy. Here, he oversaw multimillion-dollar grant and revolving loan funds exceeding $80 million. Serving as the board attorney for the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation and the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board, Steve gained profound insights into the intricate legal demands faced by business owners. His work with numerous businesses and entrepreneurs across Kentucky underscores his understanding of the challenges in today's legal landscape.

Post his role with the Commonwealth, Steve assumed the position of general counsel for one of Northern Kentucky’s largest residential real estate firms, further enriching his breadth of expertise.
